Do I have to wear a uniform to class?
No, we do not require you to wear a uniform to class. We just ask that you dress respectfully.
Do you accept the GI Bill?
No, at this time we do not accept the GI Bill but we do have connections with a special program for Veterans. Please send us an email if you want to know more!
Do you help with employment upon graduation?
We will do everything we can to help you as you search for employment after you finish our course. We cannot place you in a job but we will do our best to help make the process of searching for one easier.
Can I use an older edition of the text book?
No, you cannot use an older edition of the text book. Each edition varies greatly and to ensure that you achieve success to the highest degree we require you use the book that we provide with your tuition payments.
What happens if I cannot make it to orientation?
We understand that not everyone can make it to orientation. If you have a conflict with the orientation date please let us know and we will do our best to meet your needs.
I am not CPR certified, what should I do?
We offer a CPR course at orientation for an extra charge of $40.
How does your refund policy work?
If you have made your FULL payment and need to drop out of the course we will refund you using the formula that the State of California requires us to use.
Do I need to buy my own book?
Yes, you will need to purchase this book separately.

What additional charges can I expect to incur?
If you need a CPR card it is $40 at orientation.
When is my second payment due?
Your second payment is due at the end of the first week of class, no exceptions. We will not allow you to take any further tests until you have paid your second payment.
Upon completion of the class am I eligible to take the National Registry Exam?
So long as you have completed your clinical hours and passed the course. We will approve you to take the registry as soon as possible.
Do all the instructors have a background in emergency medicine?
Yes, please see our “Meet the Instructors” page for more information on our instructors backgrounds.
What happens if I miss a class session?
We encourage you not to miss class if you can help it. However, we do understand that emergencies come up and we will do our best to work with you. At a maximum you can miss only two class sessions.
What is included in the price of the class?
Uniform polo shirt. Oh and of course all the hours of instruction!
