ACCELERATED COURSE
The accelerated course meets the same standards as the traditional EMT Courses and is approved by NREMT as well as Orange County Emergency Medical Services.
Our accelerated course has a limited Students/teacher ratio for a more effective learning environment. It is set up to allow our students to complete the EMT course and take the NREMT exam in a shorter period of time than the traditional courses. Our accelerated course is 6 weeks long. The course runs 3 days a week, 8 hours a day.

- 168 hours (Didactic and Skills)
- 24 hours (Clinical Ride-a-Longs)
Course Requirements:
American Heart Association Basic Life Support Health Care Provider Card
-We will provide a CPR Course the first week of class if you do not meet this requirement for a cost of $40.
-Must have H.S. diploma or equivalent
-Must be at least 18 years of age
-Copy of valid TB Skin Test
-Copy of Hep-B Vaccination. If not obtained prior to class you may sign a waiver of exemption.
Dress code: Casual during class sessions. Protech uniform polo shirt will be provided (included with tuition).
